[Q] Any good budget devices (no compromises) out there?

Hi, I've been reading the forums for a year or so now, but I've decided to become a new member today.

I'll be eligible for a new upgrade on AT&T in June, so I was just wondering if there's any good budget phones, (be it Android or Windows Phone) out there. The prices can be between 0 to 100 dollars. I want the device to have GREAT XDA support (or dev support) and have decent battery life. Not Razr Maxx or Note II levels, but decent.

I was thinking the One X+, but I've heard the battery life is still a problem in spite of it being an upgrade over the original HOX or the Lumia 920 with the upcoming Windows Blue update seems so tempting, but I'm not sure if I want to test the waters with a slightly less expansive app library. Also, I know you can get a Nexus 4 as a better bang for your buck, but alas, it's currently not a viable option for me right now.

I currently own the HTC Inspire 4G running IceColdSandwich 8.8, so I suppose any upgrade will be significantly noticeable!

Many thanks in advance!
