Hi... After applying an official update on my Note 2, it reboot then become a brick. It got that samsung logo flashing mode.
I am totally new to flashing the images. I have tried the following:
- On Windows 7, tried to flash the mobile using Odin v3.09 and v3.07. Tried different images. But all run into error. Sorry, could not remember the detail.
- On Ubuntu 13.10, tried to use Heimdall, then encountered the following error:

On Ubuntu, I also tried to repartition using the PIT file downloaded by the Heimdall itself, but encounter the same problem when loading the PIT file to the mobile.
I also tired on different machines, different usb cables, but could not solve the problem. I also saw some people suggest to use the latest version of Heimall v1.4, which is already the case for me, but still could not solve the problem.
Hope some friends here could give me some suggestions. Thanks in advance!!
